Messaging by license plate
Message the vehicle owner if they are blocking a passage, have their lights on, or are about to be towed - all via the license plate.
neerme is a smart, location-based messaging app that helps you reach nearby people — car owners, neighbors or anyone in your radius — fast, safely and without sharing your phone number.
Blocked passage?
Message the car owner by license plate - no calling, no hassle, no numbers.
Forgotten keys?
A sticker with a neerme QR code helps someone easily return them to you.
neerme connects people who are already physically close - precisely, quickly, and without sharing personal contacts.

Generate a unique neerme QR code for your bike, keys, bag, or intercom - people can message you without your number.
Create private circles for your building, parking lot, or neighborhood. Share information, alerts, and notifications within a radius of a few hundred meters.
If someone finds your keys with a neerme sticker, they can message you immediately - no calling, no name, no number.
Send a quick INFO/ALERT message to people nearby: disappearance, danger, emergency situations, building checks...
Your email address and phone number are never shown to others. Communication is handled through anonymized identifiers.
If someone sends a message to a license plate that isn't registered yet, we hold it for a limited time. When the owner later installs the app and verifies that plate, the message is delivered automatically.
As simple as sending a message - but smarter and location-based.
Register, connect your license plate, QR stickers, or building address to your account.
Select a license plate, scan a QR code, or open the map to see what's active near you.
Send a short, clear message - the owner gets a notification immediately. You don't share your number, and they don't share theirs.
neerme is flexible - it started with cars, but it works for much more than that.
Most common questions before we launch publicly.
Basic features (license plate messaging, QR codes, neighborhood circles) will be free. We will later add advanced options for business users.
People communicate via anonymized identifiers (license plate, QR, circle) - we do not share phone numbers or email addresses.
No. Cars are just the most logical starting point. neerme works for all situations where you want to send a message to someone nearby without knowing their contact information.
The app is coming soon to Google Play. If you have questions or want an update, email us at info@neerme.net.
We temporarily store the message (limited time). After you install the app and verify that plate, the system checks for pending messages and delivers them.
We are looking for drivers, residents, and community people who want to test the app in real-life situations.
