Request account deletion
If you want to delete your neerme account and related data, email us and we will handle it promptly.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@neerme.net.
- Use the subject line: "Delete my neerme account".
- From the email, include the address you used to sign up and (optionally) your phone number or any plate/QR identifiers linked to your account.
What we delete
- Your account credentials and contact details.
- Identifiers you registered (e.g., license plates, QR tags, community names).
- Message history associated with your account, where applicable.
Timing
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless law requires us to keep specific records.
If you made your account via a different email, please specify that email so we can verify ownership.
